A brief Statement from the current President:

I am particularly motivated and grateful for the privilege, honor and opportunity given to me to serve this great association for the next 2 years as the president. Serving the association in any capacity has always been my burning desire and having looked at the ways the association has grown under the leadership of previous predecessors, when the opportunity came, I was moved by the spirit of togetherness, love, and continuity to serve my people. The success of every association is dependent on its members. Under my leadership, we will be guided at all times by the constitution of this association to effectively pilot the affairs of the association. We will work with all members of this great association to ensure the realizations of its objectives and mission.

I will reiterate on behalf of the new executives our profound commitment to serve this association and move it higher to a new level. We intend to effect progressive changes during our term in office and it will take teamwork on everyone’s part to make that dream a reality. I will encourage every member to always remember that our noble association is strengthened when all members show respect, appreciation, love, and care, moral and emotional support to one another. I will also encourage all members to always lend a hand, be a pillar of strength and support to fellow member. Again the new executive will be guided by the constitution to ensure the equality of fairness is achieved at all time.

Esan association is known not by number, nor on how much money we have, or what we have achieved as individuals, but rather we are known by the extension of respect love and care to our fellow members. With God on our side, we will collectively promote this course and this administration will ensure that all members are loved equally.

In line with continuation of services already in existence, this administration will be working on promoting and implementing all existing projects to ensure that they are completed in timely manner. This administration shall ensure that proper accountability and transparency will be our guiding principle. We shall reach out to every member on areas of concern so as to meet the needs of every member. Please let us know your concerns, bring new ideals, solutions and plans on how we can make Esan Association greater.

We shall collectively build our census by reaching out to all Esan members in our community, show them love, and inculcate the visions, objectives and goals of this noble association to them all; so as to promote peace, harmony and useful coexistence among members.

The achievements of the association so far shall be improved upon and God’s willing more heights will be attained. We urge all members not relent in their efforts in keeping the flag flying. Together we shall do it better. Long live Esan Association of Southern California, Long live Edo State, Long Live Nigeria and Long Live United States of America.
